Reflection On 'Problems'

         On that particular 2 weeks, our group was assigned to do the revision and editing on the one of the case study involved the topic problem statement. Problem statement is a topic discussing the current situation or issue that need to be solved on given period.

Problem statement need to be precise to avoid confusion on the objective and cover the limitation of the study. There are three elements that need to be focus on which are:

a)Clearly stated and enough details.

b)Methods of solving.

c)Purpose, objectives, and scope.

On the particular tasked, we identified that the writer of the report not gave enough information under the topic itself. The editing have been done and submitted to lecturer. In this case, we gained knowledge on how to write a proper and accurate problem statement.

Reflection for 'Introduction'

Salam One Islam..

          In week 4, group 1 were presented in INTRODUCTION title for final year report APA format. From their presentation, we are able to identify the exact requirement for make Introduction. In Introduction, there had 4 main sub title that need to be included in making good Introduction.

          1st is Background which asked what is the study about. 2nd is Objectives which asked what is the aim of the study or project. Next is Scope which restricted in the limitation of project about. Lastly is Organization which include the material ordered & what will presented for the next chapter.
